What if my order is not deliver? 

 - For prepaid orders, if our courier partners are unable to deliver the product and they send it back to us, we will initiate a refund as reward points to your Cropaa account which will reflect within 24-48 hours of initiation.

Are there any additional shipping charges? 

 - Cropaa provides FREE shipping for all orders above Rs. 449 in India But it is not fixed that Cropaa provides FREE shipping for all orders above Rs. 449 its totally depend on area and in which place you are. 

A shipping charges of Rs. 50 is payable only on orders below Rs. 500. 

For COD (CASH ON DELIVERY) Orders there will be a handling charge of Rs. 50. But Cropaa User don't worry about this CASH ON DELIVERY charge 50% pay be Cropaa.

What is Cropaa Return Policy?

 Our "100% Buyer Protection Program" allows for easy returns and refunds for:

    1. Products which you received in "Damaged/Defective/Broken" condition.

    2. Products which you may not like for quality, color and design related issues.

    3. Products is not as per description/photo on the website.

All the products must be returned in the original condition they were received in along with any bills and labels. 

What is the estimated delivery time?

 - The estimated time of delivery is within 7 working days for domestic orders.

How can I track the delivery of my order?

- All Cropaa items are delivered through reputed courier partners who will provide you with a Tracking ID 
  for your order by which you can track your delivery on the respective websites of our courier partners. 

- We email you the tracking number after we dispatch your order. 

- You can also see the tracking number in your order history panel in your account when you login.
